Re: Questions for Snodd

Will you release materials like titles, backgrounds and more, so people can make video thumbnails and stuff like that. Please?

The title with out the planet behind it, the Europe background and maybe the font you use to make the title.

Also will the android version be modible?

Like add maps, custom UI, fonts, traits and more?

Hey sorry I just saw this post, not sure how I missed it.

First of all, being a programmer is awesome, good choice :) Go nuts with your ideas, if you want to do some hobby programmaring, do it because you enjoy it, not because you hope to earn money, because most people definitely don't :) Now as a career though, that's where the good money is.

Anyway, some concrete tips, just in case you didn't abandon the community:

* Reuse as many existing components as possible (I don't know how much time I could have saved by using build in UI framework rather than roll my own)
* I'd recommend Unity over libgdx (which I use)
* Study object oriented programming
* Study design patterns

That's it, have fun :)

I gladly would, but I have no idea how to do that, and not keen on ever learning more about phpbb than I have to :)
