Its not really specific, but I usually move it between 200-500 and encounter it, it could be outside that range but if I have to specify a specific number I remember 500 being an example

Seems like this would come from the recent graphics optimisations, wouldn't it be because the star reigions aren't updated when the user loads the galaxy?

Yep it's definitely related to that. I think you'll find Some Guy, that if you disable "Optimized graphics", this will go away.

If you spam BOOM! on something that's already dead it'll receive xp from damage.

Should you direct a dragon for long enough the head gets ahead of the body segments.
